- In November 2016 a total of 3.2 TWh was traded at the CEGH Gas Exchange, thereof 2.01 TWh on the Spot and 1.19 TWh on the Futures Market. This equals an increase of 19% compared to the previous year (November 2015) and is the second highest traded volume ever
- At the CEGH OTC Market traded volumes reached 53.63 TWh in November 2016, an increase of 38% compared to November 2015 and the second best volume ever also on the OTC Market
- CEGH Czech Gas Exchange with a total of 515 GWh traded in November, an increase of 54% compared to November 2015
CEGH Gas Exchange of Wiener Boerse:
In November 2016 2.01 TWh of natural gas were traded at the CEGH Gas Exchange, an increase of 19% compared to November 2015 and the second best traded volume ever. The Spot Market recorded a traded volume of 2.01 TWh in November, the CEGH Gas Exchange Futures Market reached 1.19 TWh in November 2016, which is the highest Futures monthly volume in the history!
By end of November 2016, 99 companies were registered at the CEGH Gas Exchange.
On 1 December, Central European Gas Hub AG (CEGH) and Powernext SA have successfully migrated the CEGH Gas Exchange spot and futures contracts to the pan-European PEGAS platform operated under the Powernext rulebook. Spread products with TTF, NCG, GASPOOL and PSV are now tradable, as well as Trade Registration services for PEGAS CEGH futures products.
CEGH OTC Market:
The nominated gas volumes on the CEGH OTC Market reached 53.63 TWh in November 2016, the second best volume in the history of CEGH, and an increase of 38% compared to November 2015. The churn rate in November was 3.21.
By end of November 2016, CEGH had 186 members.
CEGH Czech Gas Exchange:
On the CEGH Czech Gas Exchange 515 GWh were traded in November, an increase of 54% compared to November 2015. On the Spot Market 242.1 GWh were traded, and 273.3 GWh on the Futures Market.
By end of November 2016, 21 companies were registered at the CEGH Czech Gas Futures Market and 18 companies at the CEGH Czech Gas Spot Market.
