  • In July 2017 51.24 TWh were nominated at the CEGH Virtual Trading Point (VTP), an increase of 35% compared to July 2016.
  • Traded volumes of PEGAS CEGH products on the PEGAS platform reached 7.9 TWh in July, an increase of 238% (y-t-y).
  • 187 members are registered at the CEGH OTC market, thereof 58 companies as virtual Traders.

    CEGH OTC Market:

    51.24 TWh of natural gas were nominated on the CEGH VTP in July. This equals an increase of 35% compared to July last year and a plus of 17% compared to last month (June 2017). In 2017 in total 364 TWh were traded, an increase of 33% compared to the first seven months of 2016. The Churn Rate in July was 3.5.

    PEGAS CEGH Market:

In July 2017, 7.9 TWh were traded on the PEGAS platform with PEGAS CEGH products:
an increase of 238% compared to exchange volumes in July last year and the second best figure in history. From January to July 2017 in total 46.76 TWh were traded, an increase of 186% compared to the first seven months of 2016.

The PEGAS CEGH Spot products recorded a traded volume of 6.38 TWh in July, the second highest volume in history and an increase of 262% compared to July last year. The Futures Market reached 1.53 TWh in July 2017, an increase of plus 164% compared to July 2016.

By end of July 2017, 102 companies were registered at Powernext for the PEGAS CEGH markets.


CEGH Czech Gas Exchange:
On the CEGH Czech Gas Exchange 89 GWh were traded in July 2017.
By end of July 2017, 22 companies were registered on the CEGH Czech Gas Exchange Market.
