Extract from the Commercial Register (notarized, not older than 3 months)
Passport copy/-ies of the authorized signatory/- ies or any other official documents suitable for signature verification
Certificate of Good Standing from local tax authority, confirming that the company has no open tax balance
For non-EU-based companies only: Certificate of Residence from the local VAT administration

Important: All documents must be submitted in English or German or be accompanied by a translation

Note: Companies intending to become a Balance Group Responsible Party (BGRP) submit their application for CEGH membership exclusively via the online platform of the Market Area and Distribution Area Manager (MADAM) AGGM (Austrian Gas Grid Management).
